Refund policy

We are very confident that you'll absolutely love our products, however If for some reason you do need to exchange a product, we simply ask that you let us know via email sales@albaandacquasanta.com.au or message us via the message us tab at the bottom of this page, within 14 days of receiving of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for response time.

Change of Mind, Refunds & Exchange

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We are more than happy to exchange as long as all items eligible for return are in original, saleable condition.
  • Customer contact details (order number, first name, surname) are required for any refunds or exchanges to be processed.
  • Item(s) must be returned by post to the address provided to you by us. Any return for change of mind must be done so at the customers cost.
  • For hygiene reasons and your protection, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.
  • If your item(s) for some reason is faulty, we will happily provide you with an exchange or refund upon return and inspection of the returned product.
  • All SALE items are final and do not qualify for exchange or refund. Please be mindful when purchasing sale items. This excludes any products purchased with Promo codes.

If you adhere to all correct jewellery wearing & caring procedures, such as taking off all jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising and sunbathing as well as keeping our jewellery free from exposure to creams, powders, and perfumes. You will get the longest possible wear out of your jewellery and be extremely happy with it.
