Warranty

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All purchases come with a 6-month warranty. This warranty takes effect from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been inspected by our jewellers  and proven to be faulty.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, any loss, or chain breakage., General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery, and therefore, is not covered by warranty.
 

FAULTY ITEMS & REPAIRS

All jewellery is quality checked by a team member prior to being dispatched. However, in the rare occasion that  you have recieved an item with a fault, we will gladly offer a replacement of the product if it was purchased within 6 months.

To notify us of the fault, please contact us and include the below information:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description of the issue

Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Alba and Acquasanta jewellery is delicate and should be handled with care as explained on our Caring for your jewellery card enclosed with your order.
